Well I found this on the website of CDG airport:
Les aliments pour bébés ou enfants en bas âge nécessaires pour le voyage sont autorisés quelle que soit leur contenance, si l'enfant est présent. Ces produits doivent être présentés séparément au contrôle sûreté.

So it would seem food for babies is allowed whatever its nature. The only requirement is that the baby be present.
Don't waste time waving TSA documents to anyone outside the USA. TSA does not exist outside the USA and whatever they say is irrelevant.
