I have only been a RA on a couple of occasions when I have stayed here. I always use my AMB weekend voucher for one night, so book via the relevant website.

I have booked a club room or suite the level below the one I want and am upgraded accordingly, although it takes an email to the hotel to make sure in advance. Looking at the descriptions, all Club rooms, naturally, and suites include lounge access.

I would escalate with senior hotel management if you are planning to return, especially with your RA status.
