actually I had proof since the bags were photographed upon arrival and the damage caused was too extensive not to have lost the items and they knew it. Even the agent knew that there was items lost in the bags upon receiving it from the carousel in Manila, upon the bags condition.
Just curious. How do you prove that you lost valuables? I could claim that I had lost a $20,000 PP watch when in fact I lost nothing.
