My gf 5 mins ago just applied and got approved for her 3rd card. Roughly spaced 35 days apart. Got the call in message and within two minutes was approved with no questions asked. Both cards open (going to cancel card 2 to get the fee back next week). New card had 11.5k CL
Funny enough, they ended the call by saying that she should get the card by 7/1, and if she doesn't, to call the number on the back of either of her other Citi Exec cards...
Who knows what citi thinks half the time
