Officially, DTW has a 30-minute MCT on Delta domestic flights. MSP is 35 minutes. *Most* Delta flights in DTW are in one long terminal with a tram that makes three stops up and down the terminal. MSP has multiple concourses, most of which have trams and moving walkways, but you could still end up stuck running to make your flight.

I would choose DTW in this situation, but I also find that MSP is better for IRROPS; that is to say, if I missed my connection, I would almost always rather be in MSP than I would in DTW.
