I've read on a couple of threads that sometimes dressing a little formally (blazer and button-up shirt, no jeans?) helps in this situation. Do you guys think it's worth a try or too much of a hassle (considering the overnight flight).

Lastly, I'm thinking of checking out the Arrivals Lounge in LHR (I have a long layover), does anyone know if the alcohol policy in this lounge is the same as Galleries and so I'd technically not be allowed in?
