I've followed this thread for several months. The 7-15 was mentioned by someone but have never been proof by any sources. People later assumed "Someone said it has been extended to 7/15' then the 7/15 keep being cited as "someone said."
The latest day on any source of writing was June.25. The deal may last longer as the WIKI said sometime even a year after the 'last day'.
I just applied and got approval my 3rd today. Hopefully the 7/15 is true^
