By having only Elites in I presume you mean that all the Gold/Koru members are the animals in the zoo! How elite of you. I find the domestic lounge vibrant and more accessible for a lot more people just like the one up system where more people have an opportunity to upgrade! I for one see a world class airline giving more opportunities to a lot more people.

The EP1s don't really get much at all on domestic flights, simply there's hardly any service. It looks like the EP1s are given more by airnz, but not really to be honest.
