Just to check - is Citi still indicating that they're unable to move credit when closing a card? I know that started happening a couple months ago, but was hoping it might be temporary. I was also told during my last recon call (May) that they were unable to move credit for the opening of my new card, but obviously plenty of people have been doing it since that time.
I did an app on Monday and was only approved for $5k. Since that clearly puts a damper on hitting $10k rapidly, I asked about moving credit lines and was told that it's absolutely not possible. So I called one of the other reconsideration lines from the wiki, was handed off to a supervisor and a few minutes later I had $13k moved from a card that was ready to be closed anyway. So HUACA is in full effect...
