Actually, Hilton's software does. It is on the main page in OnQ that is right in front of the clerk's eyes at check-in. It tells the front desk clerk how many nights you've stayed Enterprise wide, the brand of the property, and that specific property. It is a pet peeve of mine too... especially when I've stayed at properties many times and they still ask me at check-in "you haven't stayed here before, have you?" It seems like I get asked this at Capital Hilton in D.C. everytime I check in. I don't understand why they can't just look at the screen and say "Welcome Back". Hilton invested a ton of money into the technology several years back and there is no point when hotels do not train or require employees to read a screen.
