2. My fiancee's bag just got delivered today (2 days after flight)

My bag is in London but is apparently getting shipped to Chicago tomorrow and then to either EWR or LGA. Why they can't put it on a direct LHR-EWR is beyond me (which has 5 flights a day) versus Chicago (3x flights) but my bag fits under the seat in front of me in economy i.e. it is small. I am going to Singapore on Friday ugh I never could have imagined something so simple could become so difficult.

UA - I won't leave you, but your operations and moral are messed up badly at the moment. Half the people I talk to on the phone don't seem to know what they are talking about. Ugh.
