Strange data point: I lost the card I was working on (don't ask) at $9900 a few days before statement closing. I called in to report it ASAP for obvious reasons and it turns out they extended the statement closing date by the length of time I went without a card. Thought it was cool enough to mention.
Anyway, approved for #3.
