If you are on an Star Alliance member flight that in future will be transferring into T2 then 'unofficially' you will be allowed to got through security. It has happened. The trick is to inform no one but just to scan your boarding card at the automatic ticket machine. If it opens then you are in luck....if it doesn't then it's a walk back to T1 I'm afraid!!!
