No you can't. Avios bookings cannot be combined at all with revenue tickets, full stop. Or rather, I don't know of any exceptions. Good technical reasons for that.

Someone on here did suggest that as a future improvement to the Avios scheme, where there is availability on one direction only then Avios could allow a revenue ticket be added at half the return rate, thereby making Avios more useful and generating some cash for the airline. Could be finicky to implement, not sure BA's computery is robust enough for this concept. There are some other oneworld airlines into TLV including IB, AY, AB and US.
