OP may write a calm letter to customer relations and see what they say. It is true that you cannot accuse SQ of anything as you have no proof.

actually I had proof since the bags were photographed upon arrival and the damage caused was too extensive not to have lost the items and they knew it. Even the agent knew that there was items lost in the bags upon receiving it from the carousel in Manila, upon the bags condition.
