That's a nice itinerary. I hope you have it booked to reserve the space. That I space on TK in particular is hard to come by.
You can add an OJ at VIE and fly out of another European city, though it may take patience to book. One way to do that is just to call and drop the VIE-ZRH segment.
You cannot add another stopover to that itinerary.
