Pay again to move from one Economy Plus seat to another?
So I purchased an E+ seat on a fly from DEN to IAH since I am really tall. I just found a E+ seat opened up next to my friend and went to move the seat. It wants to charge me another 45 dollars! So even if I payed for an E+ seat if I want to move to another I have to pay the fee again???
