Plenty of time yes, but I had done PLENTY of transfers between NRT-HND, and also KIX-ITM, just like others had said, you don't need to been to japan or know where you are going in order to do this kind of transfer. Just exit the arrivals, buy a ticket, get on the bus, then the bus drop you off at the other airport's terminal.

It is pretty much self explanatory when you go to the airport limousine website. Japanese are pretty friendly and helpful if you don't know where you are going despite their lacking of English skills.
