Question regarding compensation
Would a 2.5 hr delay out of LHR less than 1500km
Mainly due to a plane going technical and having to switch aircraft
Be entitled to the €250 compensation.
The its a zone 1 or flight 1 or whatever it's called
And if so do we make the claim directly with BA ?
