Deal was so good, I just booked a second flight in April for Easter
for $2,659.56.
Even if I need to change dates, the $500 change fee still makes it worthwhile as it would still probably be cheaper than market. Oil prices going up too.
Air Canada reservations had no issues booking this flight which included Lufthansa Z class. Doing a 10 hour layover in London - planning to shower, meet up with friends for lunch, and return to the airport
I also decided on SAA for inbound to Johannesburg/SA to use their arrivals lounge. On the return I hope that the Lufthansa has upgraded the majority of their planes.
