You should be concerned. Chase WILL report AU cards, even without SSN, if they can figure out which person with your name is you. Not sure exactly how they do the matching but they can be pretty creative in tracking you down.
I personally haven't made it very difficult for them - primary cardholder has the same address - but without fail it eventually shows up on my report even without SSN.
On the positive side, if you want to revoke/cancel the AU card, people on myfico routinely have success simply disputing it back off the credit report.
