If you're looking for a 20", I'd go with this ES2 Tarmac 20" from Eagle Creek... huge discount from the current equivalent model, lifetime "No Matter What" warranty, and won't tip over on its fave 75% of the time. I have the rolling tote from the same line and, compared to my Crew 9 20", it's as good or better build quality (especially the wheels and lift-handles) and I would trust their warranty much more than TravelPro. The only drawback is the lack of a front laptop compartment, but this contributes a lot to the instability of the Crew 9 20".
