Flew in from EWR a couple of weeks ago to find the belt was too small and the bags won't drop until there's a gap.

To make matters worse, our bag was one of the very last to come off despite being tagged priority. What I couldn't understand was, "Where are all the passengers?" I can only presume people were still in immigration for 20+ minutes which of course held up the bags.

I sure hope this is ironed out before we fly again in a month.
