Award travel booked with your miles inherits status. So she will get E+ and the free bag as her ticket will be treated as a Silver.

So book her the award ticket, and your ticket as revenue. If you book together with miles, same difference - but I wouldn't since then you'd be ineligible (rare as it is) for upgrades. (Award tickets with the Chase card are eligible for CPUs if only one passenger on the reservation).
