Phoenix to Alberta is largely an O/D market so those flights may very well remain regardless of what they may do with Phoenix as a hub. If they were to reduce I'd see Westjet just filling the void, not Rouge. There are actually many well heeled Albertans that will not likely appreciate the Rouge experience for their golfing holidays!
