I'd like to fly Business class from YYC - JNB (or CPT) in February 2015, and, if possible, using only 150 000 Aeroplan miles, add on a trip to either Mauritius or Seychelles.

I see there are flights aplenty via GRU, if I go this route, can I still add one of the islands, and stay within the 150k Aeroplan miles limit?

How can I find the MPM and can you please tell me if and what % over the MPM can my route be to maximise the 150k miles?
