Ha ha yes large, frilly pants without a doubt..! Well I did complain later, but got an apology and a handful of Avios for the broken seat, which wasn't the nub of my complaint...

I did also complain to the CSD at the time but she was wearing one of those "don't complain to me, I'm having a tough flight" faces. I think she was worried she wasn't going to get time to read Hello cover to cover on that sector...
