I've been reading through this thread to get guidance on my current situation however not sure if it was answered (apologies if it was answered). I'm currently stuck in Chicago on AA90 but sold as BA 1541 from 9am to 5pm. Just wondering in order to claim EU 261, should I be contacting AA or BA?
