Hello everyone!
I know this much about the incident related to AC033/16AUG, coz I worked the YVR-HNL portion of the flight. It's the crew that took it over in HNL that had the incident. A couple tires blew on take-off roll, were going to fast to stop on the runway, had to turn around and thank god and the skills of our experienced pilots landed safely.
"the whole", for what I know is in a B747 just recently damaged by a catering truck... that might explain why quite a few flights have been downgraded... like 149 last night... gee I was also on that flight... maybe I need a carma cleansing or something... Maybe Ken would like to know what my next flight is so he can rearrange is routing accordingly in due time.
cheers Ken.
happy flying everyone.
Why fly, you're so right not to trust your flight-attendants when it comes down to flying airplanes... because some of them, like myself, don't even have a driving license
but quite a few more are pilots to be.
