As Gold I get to book Row 1
On boarding, I seldom find Row 1 fully occupied. If I occupy a seat then, there is only 1 other seat for a solo passenger. It does not work for couples or larger groups.
Most passengers do not bother re-checking which seats are available before checking-in. There maybe options; but not if you wish to sit as a group.
I agree i often find row 1 empty.....it was last week until just before doors closing a lady sat in it......then proceeded to take her shoes off (no issue with that) then proceeded to put her feet up above the height of the seat against the cabin in front of her....then her skirt slipped down....then she fell asleep after consuming wine....nice
