Thank you for all your replies, really appreciate it.
Still undecided, mainly bc of luggage situation. Will probably fit both our packings into one single carry on wheeler. And probably wont bother to store it, since it seems to take a lot of time and would also need to worry about it being safe.

My alternative is to make a pretty tight connection att CDG, arrive at 11.05 am on terminal 2E and depart 12.45 pm from terminal 2F.
Impossible?
