In terms of booking the shared shuttle, their reservation website doesn't let you book it, it says to contact disney about the magical express, with the towncar costing $85 (which seems prohibitive, with the cab fare of $52 from JFK to Manhattan).
Has anyone in Orlando had experience using Uber? Looks like it's available according to their website.
