On the non-HD 777s, 18DEG has less legroom than 18AB/HK. I much prefer the 2 seats.
On the A330, the only seats in row 18 that are reasonable are DG, BUT.... they come with a HUGE HUGE HUGE warning.... during boarding you get hit by everyone, and during meal service you better be awake or the trolly will take you out. Other than that, D/G are great seats in 18 on the A330
