Quick sort of related question, was enquiring re LHR-HK for WT-CW last week in the lounge in LHR (Galleries, North end) , £700 by the way). However was told that they could give me the price but to book if I wanted it I had to go to the BA ticket desk downstairs in T5. Is this right? Seems odd to me, maybe they have no credit card facilities etc. In the end I was going to take the upgrade but had one look at the queue at the BA ticket desk and realised I wouldn’t have time before boarding.
