And they used to include it, so have pro-actively decided to take it out. The cynical might think it is to try to make it harder to use programming to change flexible bookings to inflexible closer to the time of flight to save a few pennies. The non-cynical might think it is because they assume (maybe correctly) that no one wants to see it
Or it simply didn't occur to them to include it again when they redesigned it. The number of people interested in such things are so miniscule it's probably not even worth BAs time to even think about it - let alone come up with some kind of plot to prevent you and one or two others using it to switch from flexible to non flexible.
