YVR-LAX/SFO was E90, now Rouge 319. Loads weren't the issue, just revenue. At 20% lower seat costs than mainline AC can probably fill Rouge 763s if they wanted to!
I think dropping routes, then bringing them back is a good way of Rouging routes actually. "Service possible again thanks to Rouge"
