I have a British Airways ticket from travel on March 23 return on April 4 2014. Under fare it says BT with codes AY 2.50, EX 2.76, and XT 654.14. Form of payment is misc account 191160. Does anyone know what these codes mean and how to locate the name of the travel agent/person who booked this trip? At the British Airways counter, they said the 654.14 is the total fee for each ticket in the group reservation. Is this correct? I'd like to use the same travel agent to book more travel, but I've been unable to get the travel agents name.
