Might want to recheck the schedule on that one. Weekdays after the 10:38pm train, the next one isn't until 11:08pm, then 11:46pm.
There are several flights into MSP just on Southwest that arrive after 10:30pm, not to mention earlier scheduled flights, that with Southwest's less than stellar on time performance, would end up arriving after 10:30pm.
