Next Steps
I submitted my claim for EU261 compensation via BA's website on June 5 and received a confirmation and case number. I haven't heard a peep from them since. What's the next best step? Should I wait a little longer... put in another email request, or call their customer service line? Alternatively, I also put in a request to get a refund of my paid seat on June 3, and haven't heard back from them on that issue either.
