You're being generous to our lovely U.S. airlines. I can't think of one that takes that approach, at least not in their coach cabin or for anything below their top-tier elites.

I think the long-ago Southwest tried to do it for a coach experience. The long-ago Midwest Express tried to do it for a premium-coach experience. Nobody really does it today.
