I am currently traveling abroad and got an email from the Marriott that I'm staying in Tokyo on Wednesday. The email said my status was Silver. I kind of brushed it off but I logged into my account today and sure enough it says I'm silver. I was Plat last year and paid to keep my status back in February.

I know that as late as Monday/Tuesday it said my status was Plat (like it should be). I've already emailed customer service. Does anyone have any other ideas? I'd really like to make sure my status is straight before my stay in Tokyo. Has anyone had this happen to them before?
