Pilot decision to hold boarding door open when not required
Currently, the reason in DL system (according to agent at ATL Sky Club), for the delay for flight DL5535 MDT-ATL.

Any idea what that means?

Was scheduled to take off at 10:50am and most current estimate for take off is 3:00pm.

Edit: According to FlightView, departed gate at 2:58pm
