Question Can I use eUpgrades or AP points to get into premium economy on Rouge?
I have a booking made with AP points on a Rouge 767 next week. I am currently booked in economy class.

Can I use eUpgrades to get into premium economy?

If not, is it possible to book premium economy using AP points?

I have SE status, and a ton of AP points and eUpgrades, if that matters.
