This happened at dfw yesterday. I wanted to add an extra driver so I knew I was going to the desk anyway. When I landed I got an email bit no stall number. The agent adding the driver was clueless and slow. What should have taken 5 minutes took 15. Was given a choice between a Jetta or a charger. I took the Jetta. I thought a Volkswagen would be better. This car just seems clunky to operate. Controls are strange and cancelation requires more effort than expected. One plus is blue tooth worked to connect iPod. But you can't look at playlists or skip songs using car controls. This is out of date technology.
