Thumbs up Quick and Efficient Claim Resolution by BA

Given the runaround that some folks have been getting from BA, I was pleasantly surprised by the way BA handled my claim.

The sequence of events:









                I was a GCH at the time of the delay and a GGL/CCR at the time I submitted the claim, but since I almost exclusively fly ET/WT/WT+ I doubt that I am a particularly valuable customer, revenue wise.
