Do you think this is a dead end already as the baggage handling service in the Philippines sucks, and I am flying to Australia since I am already migrating there. Should I write a long letter to the main office in Singapore so that they can take some action on this matter?
I don't think SQ will do anything, especially since it is already stated in the condition of carriage..... Agreeing to compensation would mean they are admitting liability, which I doubt they would do.
