The Premier card [personal and business] do not charge any foreign transaction fees, nor any other fees.They charge the current exchange rate when converting foreign currency into dollars. You get points for puchases. A win win situation for us. We used it exclusively on our last trip to Italy this past spring. Worked perfectly. Be sure you charge in LOCAL currency, you don't want to get caught in dynamic currency scam, that originates with local merchant, not Southwest/Chase. We do have a chip and pin credit card for the times we cannot use a swipe card, but those are few and far between.
