Why not for all enquiries? If you book over the phone, you pay a booking fee. Why shouldn't the charges be transparent and not charged by stealth via customers' phone bills?
Because it's not my job to tell BA how to organise it's communications system.
Should BA offer the 034 number for post-booking enquires there is no doubt it will satisfy Para 41, as it stands today it is uncertain.
