Am I right that I can only credit the LH operated flights to TK but would have both options (TK and BAEC) for the JJ flights?
What I would do in this situation is put your TK number in your booking and then at BRU ask them to change the frequent flyer number to BA for that flight only.
Check that your subsequent boarding passes have the TK number on them still and if in doubt ask at the JJ desk at Heathrow to confirm your TK number is in your booking.
The LH operated JJ coded flight probably wouldn't post to BA and the SN coded one definitely not.
