Depending on the card though, a receipt wouldn't necessarily tell how you paid for debit or credit card. Amex would be 100% credit but Visa or MasterCard could be either. I'm actually glad that I saved that receipt but I do throw them away a lot too. Never had a reason to keep them especially after the load/unload is successful.
The problem is, it isn't cash if it has a card listed, and that is probably what they are looking for.
If you are sending them receipts of your Reloadit purchases, they have to be trying to identify the stores that are not selling as cash only.
